We have been at the forefront of this transformation through the development of the first Spanish-language Handbook on Telemental Health and the Clinical Casebook on Telemental Health.
Over the years, we have championed the idea of providing mental health professionals with the necessary tools to adapt to an increasingly digital environment. Where technology not only complements but redefines the therapeutic relationship. Our leadership in organizing the first Spanish-speaking Digital Mental Health Conference, as well as the development of key concepts such as Digital Human Assets (DHA). This effort highlights our commitment to continuous education and innovation in the field of digital mental health.
It is crucial that psychologists not only master the technology but also understand the ethical, legal, and clinical implications of telepsychology. Our work aligns closely with the APA’s vision, providing resources that help professionals navigate these new challenges.
